The client needed a robust and precise fuel dispensing solution designed for easy integration with standard drum setups, ensuring seamless operational workflows.

The Requirement

The client sought a reliable dispensing system capable of handling diesel efficiently from drums while providing accurate fuel measurement and physical recording capabilities. The requirement specified a 220V AC powered unit that could deliver an optimal flow rate without compromising on accuracy. Essential accessories such as delivery hoses, a suction mechanism, a robust nozzle, and effective filtration were required to establish a comprehensive dispensing station.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these demands, Chintan Engineers manufactured and supplied a CE-204 / 220V AC Diesel Drum Dispenser. This specialized unit offers a consistent flow rate of 60 Liters Per Minute (LPM) and operates with a high accuracy margin of +/- 0.2%. A standout feature of the supplied model is its inbuilt pump printer, allowing for immediate documentation of fuel transfers. The complete system included a 6-meter delivery hose pipe, a 2-meter suction pipe, a 1-inch nozzle, and a dedicated filter, ensuring the unit was fully equipped for immediate deployment.
