AES MRO Solutions India Private Limited, an established engineering and maintenance service provider based in Gurugram, Haryana, required a reliable and highly accurate flow measurement solution for handling High-Speed Diesel (HSD). The customer needed a robust digital metering system featuring a specific 2-inch connection size to integrate seamlessly into their fluid handling infrastructure. The Solution Supplied

To meet these rigorous technical parameters, Chintan Engineers successfully supplied two units of our CE-111 50mm Digital Diesel Flow Meter. This advanced digital metering system features a 2-inch BSP screwed connection tailored precisely to the customer's piping setup. Designed to operate efficiently across a flow range of 30 to 300 Liters Per Minute (LPM), the CE-111 model ensures high-capacity throughput while maintaining a strict measurement accuracy of +/- 1%. Furthermore, to protect the internal digital mechanisms from debris and ensure long-term measurement reliability, the supplied units were equipped with high-quality "Y" strainers.
