The Requirement

Pushpit Steels Pvt. Ltd., a prominent manufacturing facility operating a steel melting shop in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, required a robust and highly accurate fuel transfer system. Managing continuous industrial operations requires seamless and legally compliant diesel dispensing to maintain uninterrupted workflows. The customer needed a heavy-duty, fully automatic diesel dispensing unit with precise flow measurement, built-in receipt printing capabilities, and valid Legal Metrology approval. Furthermore, given the plant's specific operational layout, the desired system required an extended reach for both drawing and dispensing fuel safely and efficiently.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these demanding industrial specifications, Chintan Engineers supplied the Achievers High Accuracy Digital Dispenser, Model CE-204 (220 V AC mode). This heavy-duty unit delivers a steady flow rate of 60 liters per minute with an exceptional operational accuracy of ±0.1%. The supplied configuration included an inbuilt pump, a receipt printer for accurate data logging, and extended accessories comprising a 6-meter suction pipe and a 6-meter dispensing hose. Additionally, the unit was equipped with a 1-inch automatic shutoff nozzle and a primary filtration unit. The entire system was delivered fully calibrated as per Legal Metrology Department standards.

Project Outcome

The advanced diesel dispensing unit was successfully delivered to the customer's industrial estate. To ensure rapid deployment without geographical delays, Chintan Engineers facilitated the complete equipment installation and commissioning remotely via a dedicated video consultation.
