The Requirement

SDC Exports, a government-recognized export house based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, required a reliable and highly accurate fluid dispensing mechanism for their operations. They specifically needed an AC-powered diesel drum dispensing unit capable of providing a steady flow rate with high measurement precision. An essential requirement for their operational transparency and record-keeping was the inclusion of an integrated printing system capable of generating immediate physical records of the dispensed fuel quantities. The equipment also needed to be supplied with all necessary operational accessories to ensure immediate deployment and usability upon arrival at their facility in Malad-East.

The Solution Supplied

To fulfill this requirement, Chintan Engineers manufactured and supplied one unit of our CE-204/220 AC Diesel Drum Dispenser. This specialized unit operates on a 204/220V AC power supply and delivers a consistent flow rate of 60 Liters Per Minute (LPM). To ensure precise fluid management, the system is engineered to provide an accuracy level of +/-0.2%. Furthermore, the dispenser features an inbuilt pump printer, perfectly matching the client's requirement for physical transaction logging. The complete package was provided with a 6-meter hose pipe, a 2-meter suction pipe, one dispensing nozzle, and one filter to guarantee smooth and clean fluid transfer.

Project Outcome

The equipment was packed in export-worthy packaging and dispatched for immediate delivery to the client's Mumbai facility. By delivering the CE-204/220 dispensing system with its precise metering and integrated printing capabilities, Chintan Engineers enabled SDC Exports to achieve highly accurate, documented, and efficient diesel dispensing for their ongoing industrial requirements.
