The Requirement

Pushpit Steels Pvt. Ltd., a prominent steel manufacturing facility based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, required a reliable and highly accurate fuel transfer system for their steel melting shop. They needed a fully automatic, heavy-duty dispensing unit capable of handling regular industrial demands. Essential requirements included rigorous calibration with official Metrology Department approval, integrated printing functionality for consumption tracking, and extended hose lengths (six meters for both suction and dispensing) to accommodate their specific site layout. Due to operational constraints, they also requested remote installation support to ensure a rapid deployment.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these rigorous specifications, Chintan Engineers supplied the Achievers High Accuracy Digital Dispenser, Model CE-204. Designed for 220V AC operation, this heavy-duty unit delivers a steady flow rate of 60 liters per minute with an exceptional accuracy of ± 0.1%. The supplied system was customized to include a 6-meter suction pipe, a 6-meter dispensing hose, a 1-inch automatic shutoff nozzle, and an inline filter. Furthermore, the dispenser features an inbuilt receipt printer for seamless daily data logging. We ensured the equipment was thoroughly pre-calibrated according to Legal Metrology Department standards prior to dispatch.

Project Outcome

The diesel dispenser was successfully delivered to the Tirupati facility. Following delivery, our technical team effectively guided the site engineers through the complete setup process via remote video support, ensuring correct deployment. The tailored CE-204 dispenser now provides Pushpit Steels with an efficient, legally compliant, and fully traceable fueling operation, significantly optimizing internal fuel management at their industrial estate.
