AES MRO Solutions India Private Limited, an engineering and maintenance supply company based in Gurugram, Haryana, required a robust flow measurement solution for High-Speed Diesel (HSD). The application demanded a reliable mechanical meter with a 2-inch connection capable of handling industrial flow volumes. High measurement accuracy and consistent performance were critical for their fluid management operations. Additionally, the system needed an integrated straining mechanism to protect the internal components of the meter from particulate matter often found in commercial diesel lines.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these precise specifications, Chintan Engineers provided a heavy-duty fluid measurement solution featuring the Achievers brand CE-113 Mechanical Diesel Flow Meter. We supplied one unit of the 50mm (2-inch BSP, screwed) mechanical meter designed specifically for High-Speed Diesel applications. This specific model accommodates a versatile flow rate range of 55 to 550 liters per minute (LPM) while delivering a highly precise accuracy level of +/- 0.2%. To guarantee long-term operational reliability and prevent debris ingress, the metering unit was additionally equipped with a dedicated 50mm "Y" strainer.

The mechanical flow metering equipment was successfully readied and delivered to the client's facility in Gurugram.
