Siddhivinayak Energy Supplies Private Limited, an energy sector enterprise based in Thane, Maharashtra, required accurate fluid measurement instrumentation for their active fuel logistics operations. The client specifically sought a 50mm digital metering solution capable of handling flow rates between 30 and 300 liters per minute (LPM) while maintaining strict accuracy tolerances. Furthermore, the system required proper filtration to protect the delicate metering mechanisms from particulate damage during active transfers.

The Solution Supplied

Responding to the specific technical demands of the client, Chintan Engineers supplied the robust CE-111 Digital Flow Meter. This 50mm screwed-type meter was carefully selected to perfectly match the customer's operational parameters. The unit features a highly precise measurement capability with an accuracy of +/- 1% across the required 30 to 300 LPM flow range. To ensure long-term durability and consistent, uninterrupted performance, the flow meter was paired with a complementary Y-strainer, which effectively filters out debris before the fluid enters the meter housing.

The equipment was successfully prepared and dispatched ex-works from our Ahmedabad manufacturing facility directly to the client's destination in Thane.
