Heading Advanced Technologies LLP, a technology firm based in Tamil Nadu, required precise fluid measurement instruments for a specialized application. The equipment was procured for deployment at TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited, located in Alwar, Rajasthan. Accurate measurement of low-flow liquids is highly critical in automotive engineering and tractor manufacturing environments to ensure optimal engine performance, fuel efficiency, and rigorous testing standards. The client needed a robust flow measurement solution capable of handling a very specific flow range with high accuracy, along with an integrated display system for immediate, on-site data readings by the engineering team. ### The Solution Supplied

To fulfill this technical requirement, Chintan Engineers supplied two units of the CE-112/-004 Flow Meter. These precise measuring instruments feature a 1/6 inch BSP screwed connection, ensuring a secure and leak-proof fit for industrial piping. Designed for intricate low-flow applications, the meters operate effectively within a strictly defined flow range of 1 to 60 liters per hour (LPH). Each unit guarantees a high accuracy rate of +/- 2%, which is essential for precision engineering tasks. Furthermore, each supplied assembly comes complete with one sensor and one dedicated display unit, allowing operators to monitor flow rates seamlessly in real time. ### Project Outcome

The instrumentation was promptly dispatched to the TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited facility in Alwar, fulfilling the precise technical demands of the client.
