Heading Advanced Technologies LLP recently engaged Chintan Engineers to supply specialized flow measurement instruments for an industrial application. The end user and final delivery destination for this project was TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited, a major manufacturing facility located in Alwar, Rajasthan. The requirement called for low-flow meters capable of delivering highly accurate readings within a compact setup. Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to clearly monitor flow rates locally were critical factors for the operational demands at the Alwar manufacturing facility. ### The Solution Supplied

To meet these specific requirements, Chintan Engineers manufactured and supplied two units of the CE-112/-004 Flow Meter with Display. These meters are designed specifically for precise low-flow applications, functioning optimally within a flow range of 1 to 60 Liters Per Hour (LPH). Each unit was configured with a 1/6 Inch BSP screwed connection for secure integration into the existing pipeline infrastructure. The provided solution maintains a strict accuracy of +/- 2%. Furthermore, each of the two supplied assemblies comes fully equipped with one sensor and one digital display, ensuring on-site technicians can easily access real-time operational data. ### Project Outcome

The measurement instruments were successfully prepared and dispatched to the TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited facility, comprehensively meeting the specifications detailed by Heading Advanced Technologies LLP. By utilizing the CE-112/-004 flow meters, the facility now benefits from dependable, highly accurate flow instrumentation tailored precisely to their designated operational range.
