The Requirement

NKC Projects Pvt. Ltd., a key player in infrastructure development, is executing the Patna-Arrah-Sasaram package in Bihar. Efficient fuel management is critical for large-scale construction sites to ensure machinery uptime and cost control. The client required a robust diesel dispensing solution for their Sasaram site that could operate independently on a 12V DC power source, suitable for mobile or remote site applications. The technical specifications demanded a system capable of handling a daily throughput of up to 10,000 liters with high precision (accuracy of +/- 0.2%) to prevent fuel pilferage and ensure accurate accounting.

The Solution Supplied

Chintan Engineers fulfilled this requirement by supplying the Model CE-204/12 V DC Diesel Dispenser. This unit is specifically designed for heavy-duty site conditions, offering a flow rate of 60 liters per minute (LPM). The system is engineered for endurance, capable of pumping 1000 liters continuously before a short cooling break. The complete package included an inbuilt pump, a high-precision flow meter with an integrated printer for instant transaction receipts, and essential filtration components. We also provided a 1-inch nozzle, a 6-meter delivery pipe for flexible reach, and a 2-meter suction pipe to complete the setup.

Project Outcome

The installation of the CE-204 Diesel Dispenser has streamlined fuel logistics at the NKC Projects site in Rohtas District. The 12V DC compatibility allows for flexible operation directly from site vehicles or battery setups. The integrated printer provides physical proof of every transaction, enhancing transparency in fuel consumption. This solution has minimized refueling downtime for construction vehicles and provided the site management team with reliable data to track fuel usage effectively.
