The Requirement
Balajee Infratech & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., engaged in infrastructure development at the Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) site in Bengaluru, required a robust and portable fuel dispensing solution. The project demanded a system capable of handling diesel transfer directly from drums to machinery at the construction site. The client needed a 12V DC-operated unit that could function effectively in site conditions where standard power might not always be accessible for stationary pumps.
The Solution Supplied
Chintan Engineers fulfilled this requirement by supplying our Model CE-117/12V DC Drum Dispenser. This specialized diesel dispenser is designed for mobility and ease of use in field operations. The complete assembly included:
- Inbuilt Pump: A high-efficiency 12V DC pump suitable for drum mounting.
- Metering System: Integrated flow meter for accurate tracking of fuel usage.
- Accessories: Supplied with a 3/4-inch nozzle and a 4-meter delivery pipe for flexible dispensing reach.
- Filtration: Equipped with a filter to ensure clean fuel delivery to the machinery.
Project Outcome
The equipment was successfully delivered on a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) basis to the BIAL site in Bengaluru. By implementing this mobile dispensing solution, the client can now manage diesel refueling for their construction fleet more efficiently, reducing downtime and ensuring accurate fuel accountability on the airport project site.
