The facility needed a reliable machine capable of offering a flow rate of 60 liters per minute to facilitate streamlined fuel management and ensure operational efficiency. The equipment also needed to comply with Weights & Measurement stamping certifications and provide integrated printing capabilities for clear, transparent transaction tracking.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these specific requirements, Chintan Engineers provided the Achievers Make CE 204 Digital Diesel Dispenser. This high-accuracy unit delivers a 60 LPM flow rate with an impressive +/- 0.2% accuracy. The supplied system features an inbuilt pump and printer for accurate operational recording. Additionally, the complete setup was fully equipped with 10 meters of hose pipe, 10 meters of suction pipe, a 1-inch nozzle, and a specialized filter. Designed with a convenient 4-foot height, the big digital dispenser ensures straightforward operation in demanding industrial environments.

The successful supply of the CE 204 digital dispenser to the Ratadia Plant fortified the facility's onsite fuel management capabilities.
