The company required a system that could easily accommodate a flow rate ranging from 20 to 120 liters per minute while maintaining strict accuracy parameters.

The Solution Supplied

To meet this operational requirement, Chintan Engineers supplied our advanced Digital Diesel Flow Meter, Model CE-111/25. This positive displacement flow meter features a 25mm (1 inch) BSP screwed inlet and outlet, perfectly matching the facility's existing pipeline specifications. The unit effectively handles the required flow range of 20 to 120 LPM with an accuracy of +/-1%. Crucially, we equipped the flow meter with a "Y" Strainer to filter out incoming particulates and ensure the longevity of the advanced internal materials and bearings. The CE-111 model also features a clear digital display with a resettable total and cumulative totalizer.
