The Requirement

Pushpit Steels Pvt. Ltd., a prominent steel manufacturing facility located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, required a reliable and highly accurate fuel dispensing solution to support their steel melting shop operations. To ensure strict compliance and operational transparency, the facility needed a heavy-duty, fully automatic dispensing unit equipped with precise measurement capabilities and an integrated receipt printer. Furthermore, the system had to be fully calibrated in accordance with local Legal Metrology Department standards. Because of the plant's operational setup, the customer required extended hose lengths for both suction and dispensing lines, as well as remote installation guidance.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these specific demands, Chintan Engineers supplied the CE-204 High Accuracy Digital Diesel Dispenser operating on a 220V AC power supply. This robust, fully automatic model features a steady flow rate of 60 LPM and incorporates an in-built pump alongside a receipt printer. The supplied unit was tailored with a 6-meter suction hose pipe, a 6-meter dispensing hose, a 1-inch nozzle, and an integrated filter. As requested, the equipment was fully calibrated and certified for metrology approval, guaranteeing high-precision dispensing.

The CE-204 diesel dispenser successfully modernized the fuel management process within the customer's steel melting division.
