Heading Advanced Technologies LLP partnered with Chintan Engineers to procure specialized flow measurement instrumentation for deployment at TAFE Motors and Tractors Limited, located in Alwar, Rajasthan. The client required precise low-flow measurement capabilities to monitor fluid lines within their tractor manufacturing infrastructure. High precision was critical, as the application demanded consistent readings for fluid transfers operating at an extremely low volume. ### The Requirement

The project necessitated a compact and highly reliable flow measurement system capable of accurately capturing flow rates between 1 and 60 liters per hour (LPH). The instrumentation needed to seamlessly integrate into existing pipelines and provide clear, real-time data visualization. Maintaining a strict accuracy tolerance of +/- 2% was required to ensure optimal process control and monitoring for the manufacturing facility's daily operational needs. ### The Solution Supplied

To fulfill these technical demands, Chintan Engineers supplied two units of our CE-112/-004 Flow Meter with Display. Each unit features a 1/6 inch BSP screwed connection tailored for low-volume fluid transfer. The comprehensive package for each meter includes one dedicated sensor and one corresponding display, engineered to consistently monitor the specified 1 to 60 LPH flow range while strictly adhering to the requested +/- 2% accuracy. ### Project Outcome

The instrumentation was successfully delivered to the TAFE Motors facility in Alwar. By utilizing the CE-112/-004 units, the facility now benefits from continuous, precise low-flow monitoring. This real-time data visualization empowers the plant's operational teams to maintain tight fluid control, contributing directly to the rigorous quality standards and overall efficiency of their manufacturing processes.
