The Requirement
Sonai Infrastructure Private Limited, engaged in a major road construction project from Parite to Gadhinglaj in Maharashtra, required a reliable solution for onsite fuel management. Managing diesel consumption for heavy machinery at remote construction sites demands precision and accountability. The client needed a portable dispensing unit that could draw fuel directly from drums, operate on standard mains electricity, and provide immediate physical records of fuel issuance to prevent pilferage and ensure accurate job costing.
The Solution Supplied
Chintan Engineers supplied the Electronic Fuel Dispenser (Model CE-204), specifically configured as a Diesel Drum Dispenser. This robust unit is designed to meet the rigorous demands of infrastructure sites.
Key Technical Specifications:
- Power Supply: 220V AC (Standard site power).
- Performance: Flow rate of 60 Liters Per Minute (LPM) with a high accuracy of +/- 0.2%.
- Integrated Features: Includes an inbuilt pump and a thermal printer for generating transaction slips.
- Complete Kit: Supplied with a 6-meter delivery hose, a 2-meter suction pipe, a 1-inch dispensing nozzle, and a filter to ensure fuel purity.
Project Outcome
The installation of the CE-204 dispenser has streamlined fuel operations at the project site. The inbuilt printer allows site supervisors to maintain a physical log of every liter dispensed, significantly enhancing transparency. By providing a plug-and-play solution with all necessary hoses and nozzles, Chintan Engineers helped the client minimize downtime and maintain focus on their construction timelines.
