Cardolite Specialty Chemicals India LLP, a leading chemical manufacturer operating out of the Mangalore Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Karnataka, identified a need for a reliable fuel dispensing solution to support their maintenance and instrumentation operations. The project required a robust mechanical unit capable of handling diesel transfer with a flow rate range of 20 to 120 LPM. Key specifications included a 1-inch connection size suitable for their existing infrastructure.

The Solution Supplied

In response to the specific technical requirements, Chintan Engineers supplied the Mechanical Diesel Dispenser, Model CE-110-25mm. This unit is designed for durability and precision in industrial environments. The supplied configuration included a 1-inch BSP screwed connection to match the client's piping requirements. To ensure the longevity of the meter and protect the internal mechanism from particulates, the dispenser was equipped with a Y Strainer. This mechanical solution ensures reliable fuel measurement and dispensing without the need for complex electronic infrastructure.

Project Outcome

The equipment was successfully processed for delivery to the client's facility in Bajpe Village, Mangaluru. By implementing the Model CE-110, the client has secured a dependable method for dispensing diesel within their SEZ plant, facilitating smooth internal logistics and maintenance activities.
