Freshcare Industries Private Limited, a manufacturing entity located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, required a precise solution for measuring oil flow within their industrial facility. Accurate monitoring of oil transfer is critical for inventory management and process efficiency. The client needed a digital metering system capable of handling specific flow rates between 20 and 120 liters per minute (LPM). It was essential that the equipment be robust enough for industrial environments, feature a standard 1-inch connection size, and maintain high accuracy levels of +/- 1%. Furthermore, to ensure the longevity of the meters, the client requested a filtration mechanism to protect the internal gears from debris.

The Solution Supplied

To meet these specifications, Chintan Engineers supplied the Model CE-119/25MM Digital Oil Flow Meter. This unit is specifically engineered for oil applications, featuring a 1-inch BSP screwed connection that allows for seamless installation into the client's existing piping infrastructure. The supplied meters support the required flow range of 20 to 120 LPM, making them ideal for the client's transfer speeds.

Recognizing the importance of equipment protection, we included a "Y" strainer with each unit. This addition ensures that any particulate matter in the oil is filtered out before reaching the metering chamber, safeguarding the accuracy and lifespan of the device.
