Das Unternehmen ben\u00f6tigte ein besonders pr\u00e4zises und langlebiges Industrieinstrument, das hohe Durchflussmengen mit einem Standard-2-Zoll-Anschluss bew\u00e4ltigen kann, um die Prozesse zur Fl\u00fcssigkeits\u00fcbertragung und Verbrauchs\u00fcberwachung in seiner Anlage zu optimieren.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Die gelieferte L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n<p>Um diese betrieblichen Anforderungen optimal zu erf\u00fcllen, lieferte Chintan Engineers einen \u00e4u\u00dferst zuverl\u00e4ssigen mechanischen Diesel-Durchflussmesser CE-113 (50 mm). Dieses Spezialmessger\u00e4t verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen standardm\u00e4\u00dfigen 2-Zoll-BSP-Gewindeanschluss und unterst\u00fctzt einen hohen Durchflussbereich von 55 bis 550 Litern pro Minute (l\/min). Das Ger\u00e4t gew\u00e4hrleistet eine beeindruckende Messgenauigkeit von +\/-0,21 TP3T. Zum Lieferumfang geh\u00f6rte au\u00dferdem ein kompatibles 50-mm-Y-Sieb, das die internen Messmechanismen vor Partikeln sch\u00fctzt und so die langfristige Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit sicherstellt.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Projektergebnis<\/h3>\n<p>Die pr\u00e4zise Durchflussmessanlage wurde erfolgreich an das Werk des Kunden im Industriegebiet Daulatabad geliefert. Durch die Integration des mechanischen Durchflussmessers CE-113 und des zugeh\u00f6rigen Y-Filters in ihre Dieselversorgungssysteme konnte AES MRO Solutions ihre M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Hochgeschwindigkeits-Dieselverfolgung deutlich verbessern.
