Die Anwendung erforderte ein zuverl\u00e4ssiges mechanisches Messger\u00e4t mit einem 2-Zoll-Anschluss, das f\u00fcr industrielle Durchflussmengen geeignet ist. Hohe Messgenauigkeit und konstante Leistung waren f\u00fcr das Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmanagement unerl\u00e4sslich. Zus\u00e4tzlich ben\u00f6tigte das System einen integrierten Filtermechanismus, um die internen Komponenten des Messger\u00e4ts vor Partikeln zu sch\u00fctzen, die h\u00e4ufig in Dieselkraftstoffleitungen vorkommen.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Die gelieferte L\u00f6sung<\/h3>\n\n<p>Um diese pr\u00e4zisen Spezifikationen zu erf\u00fcllen, lieferte Chintan Engineers eine robuste L\u00f6sung zur Fl\u00fcssigkeitsmessung mit dem mechanischen Diesel-Durchflussmesser CE-113 der Marke Achievers. Wir lieferten ein Exemplar des 50-mm-Durchflussmessers (2-Zoll-BSP-Gewinde) speziell f\u00fcr Hochgeschwindigkeits-Dieselmotoren. Dieses Modell deckt einen vielseitigen Durchflussbereich von 55 bis 550 Litern pro Minute (l\/min) ab und bietet eine hohe Messgenauigkeit von +\/- 0,21 TP3T. F\u00fcr langfristigen Betrieb und zum Schutz vor Verunreinigungen ist die Messeinheit zus\u00e4tzlich mit einem 50-mm-Y-Sieb ausgestattet.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Projektergebnis<\/h3>\n\n<p>Die mechanische Durchflussmessanlage wurde erfolgreich fertiggestellt und an den Kunden in Gurugram geliefert. Durch die exakte Erf\u00fcllung der technischen Anforderungen, einschlie\u00dflich des unverzichtbaren Y-Filters zum Schutz, und die umfassende Garantie konnte die Anlage nahtlos in die Dieself\u00f6rderanlage des Kunden integriert werden.
